The Foundation ONCE is committed to the continuous improvement of its processes and activities. In September 2006 it obtained the certification of its Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 regulation for the activities of “Management of aid applications for project development”, certification which in March 2009 was extended as follows:
“Management of financial aid applications for project development. Management of universal accessibility projects. Information services regarding disability, and the support processes related to purchasing management, internal and external communication and general services management, in its application to said activities”.
A working plan is under process to extend the certification to all the ONCE Foundation’s activity in 2010.
The Quality Policy defined by the ONCE Foundation’s Management Committee is based on improving internal processes for the performance of the
Foundation’s own activity, which will in turn produce greater efficiency in the fulfilment of the foundation’s aims.
